Will Mémoires modify my biography before printing?
We’ll be happy to make changes to your biography for you! Additional charges may apply for significant modifications.

How long does it take to receive the books?
With standard delivery, it takes about 10 business days from the day of the order. We also offer economical and express delivery options. Please contact us at hello@lesmemoires.fr for an estimate of the rates.

How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you’ll receive an email with tracking information once the order is shipped. If you encounter any issues with tracking, don’t hesitate to contact us.

What if my book arrives damaged?
