When does my subscription end? What happens next?

All subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the purchase date — which gives most people plenty of time to complete their biographies!

At the end of your subscription, you will no longer be able to conduct interviews, but you can continue to write and edit your stories.

If you need more time, let us know! We want to support all our clients in completing their biographies.
