Is it possible to get a refund?

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days, provided that no books have been printed. Printed books cannot be returned or exchanged (except in cases of defects caused by our printing partner or the carrier).

Beyond 30 days, please contact us at hello@lesmemoires.fr to explore alternative solutions. We may consider transferring the subscription to someone else.
